Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Software

Free and open-source software has no refund mechanism. Paid software subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; refunds for the current billing period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Apps and in-app purchases made through a platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) are processed and refunded by that platform. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Services

Service appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
